You fill in these activity reports online on SYGAL (it only takes 10 minutes).

They are then approved by all those involved in your thesis (thesis director, head of the lab, DS).
For the NR doctoral contracts (provide by the region Normandy), the obligation to undertake CSTI (Scientific, Technical, and Industrial Culture) actions is absolutely mandatory
The DS will oppose the defense if the CSTI quota is not met.
