There are four Board meetings per year, taking place at the following times:
- September/October (face-to-face)
- January (videoconference)
- April (videoconference)
- June (face-to-face)
The June meeting is mainly devoted to the competition, while the September/October meeting focuses mainly on registration procedures, long theses, exemptions, and withdrawals.
