Schedule

There are four Board meetings per year, taking place at the following times:

• September/October (face-to-face)
• January (videoconference)
• April (videoconference)
• June (face-to-face)

The June meeting is mainly devoted to the competition, while the September/October meeting focuses mainly on registration procedures, long theses, exemptions, and withdrawals.
