Executive Board

♦ The Executive Board is a body that brings together the three site directors. Its main function is to implement the day-to-day management of the ED on the different sites, following the general principles defined by the Council.

♦ It can substitute the Council to manage withdrawals/replacements of candidates on doctoral contracts that are subject to competition.

♦ It is responsible for awarding ‘mobility and training’ grants at monthly meetings.

♦ It is responsible for developing the range of specific training courses, and for setting up communication initiatives or events specific to the doctoral school.

♦ It is in charge to update the internal regulations and the website.

♦ It is in charge of the draws up forms and of the preparation of the Council meetings.
