♦ The PhD students with a doctoral contract must have a remuneration at least equivalent to the monthly salary of an institutional doctoral contract (set below), as well as social security coverage compatible with medical and hospital costs in France, for a minimum period of three years.

♦ For doctoral students funded by a foreign grant, as well as for doctoral students under joint international co-supervision, minimum resources equivalent to the full-time net monthly SMIC per month of presence in France are required.
