The first registration is a crucial step that requires your full attention to avoid misunderstandings that could have damaging consequences (for example, ensure that you specify the doctoral discipline you are pursuing and the exact nature of the funding).
The first registration occurs when you have been selected to work on a specific topic with a designated thesis supervisor and have secured three years of funding.
At this stage, you need to:
1/ Pay the enrolment fees to your enrolment institution (as well as the CVEC):

To UCN (Universiy of Caen Normandy)

To URN (University of Rouen Normandy)

To ULHN (University of Le Havre Normandy)

To INSAR (INSA de Rouen Normandie)

To ENSICAEN

2/ Finalise your doctoral contract (which is an employment contract) with your employer.
