Non-competition contracts

For DCs “outside the PSIME competition”, the dossier to be submitted to the DS by candidates must contain:

• CV and cover letter
• Interview report with the thesis supervisor, and possibly also with the laboratory supervisor
• DT and DU letters
• Marks and ranking (but without the application of the 12/20 threshold or the requirement to be in the top half of the class)
• Letters of recommendation (optional)

These ‘non-competitive’ DCs are not subject to the posting requirement, although posting is still recommended, as experience has shown that making a thesis offer visible on certain sites, such as Campus France, helps attract strong candidates.
