Home Page PRESENTATION A few key points Scheduling of CSI interviews (Individual Follow-up Committee)

As detailed in the ‘CSI’ section, there are three compulsory interviews at 6, 18, and 30 months (or two at 9 and 20 months for those registered before 01/09/23).
These interviews must be scheduled well in advance to ensure they can take place on the planned dates. There is little flexibility if we want to respect the intent of this system and the operating model that has been put in place.
Thus, for the vast majority of doctoral students who enrolled for the first time in the autumn, these interviews must take place in early spring, so that a probationary period can be set up, ending in June. This period can then be considered when giving an opinion on re-enrolment before the end of June or early July (as required by the institutions).
