♦ The Executive Board is a body that brings together the three site directors. Its main function is to harmonise the day-to-day management of the ED on the different sites, following the general principles defined by the Board.

♦ It can take the place of the Board to manage withdrawals/replacements of candidates on doctoral contracts that are subject to competition.

♦ It is responsible for awarding ‘mobility and training’ grants at monthly meetings.

♦ It is also responsible for developing the range of specific training courses, and for setting up communication initiatives or events specific to the ED.

♦ Lastly, the Executive Board updates the internal regulations and the website, draws up forms and prepares the agendas for the boards.
